Coaching Packages

This is a Month session that is $5000 total for the month-long session which includes trainer from arrival until nap time.

Week 1 & 2 - Observations of Teaching Styles

Week 3 - Personally Leading Class

Week 4 - Discussion and feedback with Teacher(s), Director, Educational Coordinators

Pick between the following trainings:

• Month-Coaching

• Coaching Transitions

• Coaching Teachers to Teach towards Children's Independence

• Coaching Teachers on their role as the rockstar of the classroom

• Language between Teachers in the Classroom

Within this model I focus on Coaching Teachers through their students strenghts.

Are children within your classroom:

• Stubborn? Or are they dedicated to finishing a task?

• Noisy? Or making sure that everyone is paying attention?

• Spoiled? Or do they lack structure?

Are they displaying competency in the following areas:

• Alphabets?

• Writing?
